2.    Promotion Period

Opens at 9am on Monday 23rd February 2026 and closes at 9am on Sunday 1st March 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

3.    Who can enter

a.    Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

b.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected are not eligible.

4.    How to enter

a.     Get your first donation on your JustGiving fundraising page

b.    No purchase or payment necessary to enter.

c.     Only one entry per person and per pool location will be accepted.

d.    The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5.    Winner selection

a.    One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

b.    Winner(s) will be notified via email within fourteen days of the closing date of the Promotion Period. 

c.     If the winner does not respond within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.    Prize

a.    One winner will receive £100 John Lewis voucher (the “Prize”).

b.    The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.

c.     If the stated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

d.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen gift cards once issued.

e.    The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of JustGiving.

7.    Data protection

Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy - Swimathon 2025.

8.    General

a.    The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

b.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions if necessary due to reasons outside of its reasonable control.

c.     These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
