"Swimathon is one of the most important events in the swimming calendar.  Not only does it raise huge amounts of money for worthwhile charities, it also encourages people of all ages to challenge their previously held beliefs of how far they can swim, bascially people can swim further than they think they can!"

Simon Murie, Founder, SwimTrek.
